Still don't know why blogger insists on inserting a huge break whenever I use actual HTML. | |||

Hey Uncle Gil - I just read your entire blog this morning (Memorial Day). I had read about all your training right before your ride started. Jean, Jane, and you have done a great job sharing detailed information of the trip - especially Jean's humorous additives! I thought of you when I rode 10 miles Saturday morning, but now realize you were resting in Santa Fe (isn't it a beautiful town!). I guess I can think of you today when I ride - you'll probably be just starting your ride when I'm out on the road. Keep sending the great synopsis of each day and pictures - hopefully I'll get to see the video of the trip some day after it's finished!
Hey Gil - Great blog. I really enjoy reading about each day on your trek accross the country. Great job Jean on the adding commentary!
Laeticia and I rode a paltry 35 miles today from Parlow's to Purcellville and back. We had to eat at the McDonalds as the restaurant was closed today. We said that we were riding in honor of Gil today.
